You may use the service only if you are at least 18 years old, can legally agree to these Terms, and are permitted to access adult-content services where you live.

The Telegram bot requires active confirmation of its 18+ and prohibited-content rules before creation. Whether you use the website or the bot, you remain responsible for complying with applicable law.

Accounts and Access

Website access currently uses Telegram authentication. You are responsible for maintaining control of your Telegram account and for activity associated with your MyStepFrog.ai account.

Do not impersonate another person, share access in a way that compromises account security, attempt to bypass service restrictions, or interfere with the operation of the service.

Your prompts, uploads, and outputs

You are fully responsible for the prompts and source media you submit, the outputs you request, and how you later save, share, publish, distribute, or otherwise use those outputs. You must have all necessary rights, permissions, and consent for each upload and intended use.

Using AI or receiving an output does not grant rights to another person’s image, establish consent, make prohibited content lawful, or remove your responsibility under applicable law.

Safety & Content Policy

All use of MyStepFrog.ai is governed by the Safety & Content Policy. Requests that violate that policy may be rejected.

AI Generation Limitations

AI generation is probabilistic and may produce imperfect or unexpected results. MyStepFrog.ai does not guarantee a particular quality, style, composition, anatomy, accuracy, or degree of prompt adherence.

A generation may fail or be delayed. You are responsible for reviewing every result before saving, sharing, publishing, or otherwise using it.

Tokens and payments

Tokens are sold on a pay-as-you-go basis without a recurring subscription.

The exact token cost is shown before each generation and may depend on the mode, model, resolution, duration, and selected settings. View current website pricing . Available token packages, prices, generation costs, and payment methods may change for future purchases or requests.

Refunds and token restoration

Payment-refund and token-restoration eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how MyStepFrog.ai processes account, generation, operational, and payment information, including the different storage practices for website and Telegram bot generations.

Third-party services

The service relies on Telegram and on external payment, moderation, generation, analytics, hosting, and infrastructure providers. Their own terms and policies apply to the services they operate. MyStepFrog.ai cannot control their availability, decisions, or independent data practices.

Availability and changes

Models, features, limits, processing times, and prices can change. Generation can fail or be delayed, and a particular output is not guaranteed. The service may be updated when needed for security, safety, compatibility, or operation.
