Privacy Policy
MyStepFrog.ai stores authenticated website generations in private account history and limits access to the account that created them. This policy explains the account, generation, operational, and payment information used to provide the service.

Request access or deletionInformation received from Telegram
When you start or use the bot, Telegram provides identifiers and basic profile information needed to operate the service. The bot stores your numeric Telegram user ID, username, first and last name when available, Telegram Premium status, language, acquisition source when present, channel-subscription statuses, creation settings, token balance, account dates, and recent activity time.
Website prompts, source media, and results
For authenticated website generation, MyStepFrog.ai stores prompt text, normalized settings, uploaded source media, generated results, job status, and token-cost records. This allows interrupted jobs to recover and gives you persistent generation history.
Website generation records and media are available only to the authenticated account that created them. They are not automatically published to the public image or video galleries.
Generation and safety providers
Before a website generation is accepted, the prompt and optional negative prompt are sent to an approved safety-moderation provider to screen for prohibited content involving minors. Source images are not sent to that moderation provider. If the required moderation service is unavailable or cannot make a conclusive text decision, the generation is not submitted.
Approved prompts, settings, and source media are then sent to the configured generation provider so it can create the requested image or video. Completed provider media is copied promptly into private account storage before the provider task is cleaned up. These providers process submitted content under their own data-protection and retention terms.
Telegram bot generations and operational records
MyStepFrog.ai does not retain prompts, uploaded source media, or generated images and videos after processing a Telegram bot generation. Telegram may process and retain chat data under its own policies.
The bot records limited operational events such as onboarding, selected modes and settings, generation attempts and outcomes, token usage, chat/message IDs, timestamps, payment events, acquisition source, and technical properties. These records are used to run the service, calculate balances, investigate failures and abuse, understand feature usage, and improve reliability. They do not contain prompt text, uploaded source media, or generated results.
Payments
Telegram Stars payments are processed by Telegram. Card and crypto payments are processed by external checkout providers. The bot stores transaction references, order or payment IDs, amounts, token quantities, status, and timestamps so it can credit balances, prevent duplicate credits, reconcile payments, and help resolve payment issues.
Card numbers, card security codes, crypto private keys, and recovery phrases are not collected by the bot. Do not send them to support.
Telegram and payment services
Telegram handles bot messaging and Stars payments. External checkout services handle card and crypto payments. Each service processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Website accounts, storage, and analytics
When you sign in to the website with Telegram, MyStepFrog.ai stores Telegram’s stable account identifiers and the basic profile fields Telegram returns when available: display name, given name, family name, username, profile-picture URL, a private cached copy of the profile picture, and any additional non-security profile claims included in the verified identity. These fields may be updated on later sign-ins. When Telegram provides a changed profile picture, the cached copy is replaced and the previous copy is deleted; an unchanged picture is reused. MyStepFrog.ai does not request your phone number or permission for the bot to message you as part of website login, and Telegram login does not provide your messages, contacts, groups, password, or login code.
The website stores identifiers of gallery items you have already viewed or liked in your browser’s local storage so the same browser does not repeatedly count the same action. The website uses Google Analytics and Ahrefs Web Analytics to measure visits, referral sources, campaigns, and page usage. These services may process online identifiers, browser and device information, approximate location, referrer details, and page interactions under their own privacy terms. Standard hosting and API infrastructure may also process request information needed for security and delivery.
Retention and deletion
Website prompts, generation records, and completed results are retained to provide private history, recover interrupted work, resolve delivery or token disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and meet applicable obligations. Uploaded source images are subject to a shorter configured retention period and may be removed after a generation becomes terminal even while its text history remains. Account, balance, transaction, analytics, and settings records are retained only while needed for those purposes.
You can ask @frog_support for access to or deletion of website-account or bot-database records associated with your Telegram ID. Verification may be required. Deletion from the bot database does not automatically delete messages or payment records held independently by Telegram, checkout services, or other third parties.
