Refund Policy
This policy explains when a payment may be refunded, when deducted generation tokens may be restored, and which AI generation outcomes are not eligible for either remedy.

Request a refund reviewSuccessful payment without tokens
A monetary refund is available only when a transaction is confirmed as successful but the purchased tokens were not credited to the user’s balance. Contact @frog_support with the relevant Telegram charge ID or checkout order/payment ID. Once the payment and missing token credit are verified, the payment will be refunded.
Tokens deducted without a delivered result
If tokens were deducted for a generation request but no image or video was delivered, the deducted tokens will be restored once the failed delivery is verified. This is a token restoration, not a monetary refund.
Delivered results are not refundable for quality
No refund or token restoration is provided when an image or video was successfully delivered but the user is dissatisfied with its quality, style, composition, accuracy, artifacts, anatomy, or how closely it followed the prompt. AI generation is probabilistic and may produce imperfect or unexpected results.
How requests are reviewed
Refund and token-restoration requests are reviewed using available transaction and generation records. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Include your Telegram username or numeric user ID, the approximate date and time, and the relevant transaction or generation details. Never send passwords, Telegram login codes, full card details, crypto private keys, or recovery phrases.
