Use the /help command inside the bot or message @frog_support directly for generation, balance, access, or payment assistance.

- Check your balance with /balance and confirm the selected image or video mode.
- For image editing, upload exactly one image and include clear edit instructions.
- For video generation, upload one source image and describe one clear action or movement.
- If a request is rejected, send a new prompt that does not involve minors, non-consensual material, illegal content, harmful content, or another provider-policy violation.
What to include in a support message
- Your Telegram username and, if available, numeric Telegram user ID.
- The approximate date and time of the issue.
- The selected creation mode and the error message shown by the bot.
- For payment issues, the Telegram charge ID or checkout order/payment ID and the amount paid.
Keep payment credentials private
Never send a full card number, card security code, crypto wallet secret, password, recovery phrase, or Telegram login code. Support may need a transaction identifier, but it does not need your secret payment credentials.
Safety and privacy requests
Use the same @frog_support contact to report prohibited content or to request access to or deletion of the records associated with your Telegram account. Additional verification may be required before account data is disclosed or deleted.
