Prohibited Content

• Any sexual or intimate content involving an actual, depicted, or apparently underage person, a person whose age is ambiguous, or anyone presented as a minor. This applies to real, fictional, synthetic, AI-generated, and altered content.
• Any non-consensual sexual or intimate content, including sexual deepfakes, nudification, face swaps, or content depicting an identifiable real person without that adult’s explicit consent for that specific use.
• Any content involving exploitation, coercion, trafficking, blackmail, threats, harassment, abuse, or other illegal or harmful conduct.
• Any upload or output that violates privacy, copyright, publicity, contractual, or other rights.

Consent and Images of Real People

You must not upload, create, edit, animate, share, or publish sexual or intimate content depicting an identifiable real person unless that adult has explicitly consented to that exact creation and intended use. This applies to public figures, partners, acquaintances, and private individuals.

A publicly available photo, public-figure status, personal relationship, or consent given for a different purpose does not constitute consent for sexual or intimate AI content.

Your Responsibility

You are fully responsible for every prompt and source image you submit, every output you request, and any content you save, share, publish, distribute, or otherwise use. You must have all required rights, permissions, and explicit consent.

Using AI or receiving an output from MyStepFrog.ai does not give you rights to another person’s image, establish consent, make prohibited content lawful, or remove your responsibility under applicable law.

Enforcement and Reporting

Requests that violate this policy may be rejected. Use the Report Abuse page to report suspected prohibited content or misuse involving MyStepFrog.ai.
